Any renovations, construction, moving or demolition of structures requires a development/building permit. Contact the Municipal office if you have plans of restructuring or questions of municipal zoning.
CUSTOM WORK RATES
Rates charged as per Policy FA-03 Municipal Private Works Policy are as follows:
| Grader (road & lot grading, with blade and wing) | $160.00 per hour including operator (summer), 1/2 hour – $80.00 |
| Grader (snow removal, with snow plowing) | $160.00 per hour, includes operator), 1/2 hour – $80.00 |
| Tractor with Snow Blower | $160.00 per hour |
| 1 ton Garbage Truck | $75.00 per hour with a minimum one-hour charge at Public Works Foreman’s discretion |
| Utility Tractor | $75.00 per hour |
| Custom Grass Cutting | $75.00 per hour with a minimum one-hour charge |
